How to Print Agendas, Minutes, etc.
Home

Are you one of those folks who prefer to read a document on a piece of paper as opposed to your computer screen.  Many people are.  In case you didn't realize it, the agendas, minutes or any other document can be printed from this web site.  There are two different ways:

  1. Everyone uses a program called a  'browser' for viewing internet files (e.g. Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, etc.).  Although I am not familiar with all of them, you should find near the top of your browser window a strip of word commands such as file, edit, etc.  Click on file then on print from the drop down menu.  This should activate your printer and print the document.
  2. The following works for PCs but I'm not sure about Apple products.  To print just hold down  the Ctrl key on the bottome left of your keyboard then press the 'p' key.  Doing so should also activate your printer.
  3. Documents in Adobe PDF format can be printed by just clicking on the printer icon at the top of the document screen.

For practice you can try to print this document.  If you have a problem, send a message to:               tl-online@att.net.
