Cortez.
located in the Hotel Adagio in the heart of the theater district, is a wonderful
restaurant with a funky bar area. The restaurant offers a variety of small
plates. Every plate we ordered was excellent and I loved their signature
cocktail, the cucumber gimlet. You can start your meal off with the cute soup
shots, and then continue the meal with pretty much any of the other dishes and
you should not be disappointed. The food was wonderful, and the dessert was even
better! We had the molten peanut butter chocolate cake and the beignets.
Definitely worth saving room for!
