Victor highly recommends him, and that's good enough for me. $212 later it's staying cold, making ice and defrosting properly again. He tells me that he also works on washers, dryers, dishwashers, and stoves. |

This company put in carpeting through out the house. It is a Berber carpet made by Mohawk. This company came on date scheduled, on time and left shortly before 4:30 PM. They did the majority of moving the furniture and putting it back in place. They vacuumed and cleaned before leaving. No mess was left in the hallways or in elevator. Their work was terrific and the men as well. Scott was so helpful in choosing the carpet and making sure I was happy with the work. If I had to go through this again I would use this company. |

Does jobs big and small. Painting, Kitchens, Baths, Decks, Patios, and
Fences. I have had Adam do the replacement of the kitchen appliances about 3-4
months ago. His prices very reasonable and best of all, they cleaned up when
they were finished. Now he is fixing the wall from the water damage above. He
has worked in our building and over at 101 Lombard for several years.

Every member oftheir team was highly skilled and their craftsmanship was superb. Inaddition to fixing all that had been damaged (cabinetry and backsplashtile in particular), they recommended some nice improvements. Since the next review is a couple of years old, I want to add another stating that Fabio & his crew just completed painting my entire condo and did a great job. I was particularly impressed by Fabio’s good sense of color and the extra time and effort that he spent to make sure that I had just the right shade of blue for the living room, bedroom and hallway. The job was completed early and at a very good price. Highly recommended. |

Orion was referred to us by our insurance company following the water intrusion of Oct. 2007. We hired Fabio to repaint our entire unit, which included removing the popcorn ceiling, refinishing and then painting the ceiling. He was very conscientious in discussing the work to be done, advising on the kinds of paints and finishes that would be effective, and coordinating with us and the other workers who would be in and out of our unit. His workers were neat and skillful. Fabio even arranged for them to paint a small test area where we weren't sure of the approach to take, and this allowed us to make a good decision overall. When painting was complete, he walked through every detail to make sure we were happy, and where a couple of tiny details needed improvement, he made sure they were taken care of immediately. Throughout, he showed us that our satisfaction had to be complete and we are very happy with the quality of workmanship he provided. |

I stopped in today for Smog Testing only and was in and out within 15 minutes. They're between Mission and Howard St, on right side of this oneway street. Doesn't look inviting but they give friendly and efficient service. Current letter of commendation from the Better Business Bureau is there to view as well as an offering of hot tea and mini-chocolate cookies. Cost is very reasonable compared to other centers I checked in the city. |

Flavio charges $45 per house call and $30 for each half hour thereafter. Not cheap but he is familiar with Telegraph Landing and is able to diagnose and repair within reasonable time. |
